March 12: Harvey Mandel's Birthday Benefit Bash at Suite LiveLab (Wells & Huron), Chicago.

Chicago's own Harvey Mandel is one of the most influential guitarists in blues and rock; he has played with the Rolling Stones, Canned Heat, John Mayall and Charlie Musselwhite to name a few. He is suffering from a rare form of cancer and needs multiple surgeries. The benefit tickets are only $20 and auction items include guitars donated by Keith Richards and Carlos Santana. Harvey will be there performing and celebrating his birthday in style with many special guests.
